Article 1 - Price |

The prices of our products are given in the currency of the country of purchasing: EURO including VAT in European Countries, USD in all other countries, excluding delivery costs. |

All orders made on our site are payable in USD or in EURO. |

Prices are valid for the month in progress. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force when the order was registered, subject to availability on that date. |

Prices don't include additional charges for customs clearance which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. |

Title retention clause: products remain the property of PinkyPleasure until the payment for the product is banked by PinkyPleasure. |

Article 2 - Payment Method |

PinkyPleasure accepts payment by credit card either directly on the secure payment site or by telephone or fax. We also accept cheques and postal orders. |

Postal orders and bank transfers are accepted for only some countries. Any costs resulting from bank transfers are paid for by the customer. |

Article 3 - Shipping |
| 3.1 |
Availability: we keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually be shipped right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may not be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you. . If payment was made by check or money order, your credit will be placed in your PinkyPleasure account and will be automatically applied to your next order. If you prefer a check refund, please contact us by mail at VAP USA LLC, 1504 Bay Road, Miami Beach 33139 to request one.
Any items not in stock when you placed your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. Your order may be put on hold depending on the time required to refill the stock. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email and cancel the item from your shopping cart. The rest of your order will be sent as soon as these products are received at no extra cost.

Shipping: You may choose between Express delivery mode or Normal delivery mode. In each country we operate we set up agreements with local logistics companies for the delivery. All deliveries to country where we do not operate are executed from USA . |

Delays: We may not be held responsible for delays resulting from postal strikes or other unforeseen events as defined in legislation on the transport of property and goods. However, we will always assist our customers in the resolution of these instances. |

Risk of loss: All items purchased at PinkyPleasure are being shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such items is going to be passed to a purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier. |

Shipping costs: Delivery costs are debited separately (one debit for the cost of your products and one debit for delivery costs). The delivery costs are calculated automatically and the amount appearing on the order form will depend on the total weight of your order. |

Customs restrictions: As you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products, it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products before placing your order on the site. |

Customs Taxes: Custom or import taxes are due as soon as the parcel reaches its destination country. You must pay any additional clearance taxes. We have no control over these taxes and are unable to know in advance how much they may be since customs policies vary greatly from one country to another. Article 5 - Return Policy |

For the sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling and subject to a 10% restocking fee).
For all the above, please, all returned products must be intact and complete (not having been worn or used and still in their original plastic packaging). Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded. So, please, keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.

For the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened videos for up to ninety days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling and subject to a 10% restocking fee) or a replacement item of the same value. We can only accept opened videos for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost. We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened.

b) A note telling us what the problem was
c) A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

If you do not wish to receive an exchange, a credit will be issued to your customer account. You will then be able to claim the refund of this credit on your card if the afore-mentioned conditions have been respected.
